What you'll be doing:In this role, you'll lead the delivery of Avon's retail and franchise operations, ensuring stores run smoothly and reflect our brand at every touchpoint. You'll work closely with franchise partners and retail teams to bring campaigns to life, drive sales performance, and maintain strong operational standards. By building strong relationships, overseeing store performance, and translating strategy into action, you'll play a key role in growing our retail presence and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for customers.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring alignment with Avon standards and brand identity.
* Acting as the main point of contact for franchise partners, supporting communication and collaboration.
* Visiting stores regularly to monitor execution, performance, and compliance.
* Turning central campaigns and strategies into clear, actionable plans for stores.
* Overseeing store financials, invoicing, payments, and coordinating with warehouse and accounting teams.
* Managing the full store lifecycle, including new openings, ongoing operations, and closures.
* Optimising ordering processes and ensuring alignment between retail partners and internal systems.
* Coordinating supply chain activities, including deliveries, returns, and POS material distribution.
* Monitoring store performance, stock availability, and in-store execution to identify growth opportunities.
* Tracking competitor activity and using insights to strengthen retail performance.
* Ensuring trade marketing plans and product displays are executed effectively in store.
* Developing and delivering plans to increase sales and improve overall retail performance.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field-based roles.
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and drive growth.
* Confidence in working with cross-functional teams including supply chain and finance.
* Willingness to travel regularly for store visits and field engagement.
* A proactive and results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high standards.
