Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the " Maintenance Executive (Sapanca)" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

* To guarantee compliance with Occupational Safety and Quality standards To manage daily maintenance activities for production machine and equipment and to manage for production facilities
* To improve and evaluate maintenance KPI's (MTTR, MTBF, Spare Part Stock, Maintenance Cost..) Following the Annually Maintenance Plan ,
* Following daily energy consumptions datas and planning new energy efficiency projects
* Providing technical support to investment projects related with production equipment, auxiliary facilities, building and infrastructure
* Managing maintenance technicians and providing necessary trainings for them
* Ensuring that health and safety rules are implemented and followed in maintenance activities.
* To comply with the Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, Halal Food Production, Legal and Private Customer requirements in the field and in the Department.
* Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining procedures and documentation for all Quality and Management Systems.
* Ensuring that employees are trained to do their jobs and that the training they receive is documented. To accompany inspections in his field and implement corrective actions in case of deviations.

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance
* Having at least 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, knowing the food processing conditions and hygiene rules and being able to enforce them
* Proficient in MS Office Programs, SAP
* Strong command of the English language
* Demonstrated proficiency in project management and visual presentation skills
* Residing in locations close to Sapanca
* Have an experience in PLC,Scada and HMI applications.
* Experienced in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
