Specialist, Parts Quality Assurance

Job Description:

Position Summary
1. Develop and produce parts that can be mass-produced by verifying and approving new parts during development stages.
2. Secure self-quality-guarantee-system of partners' during mass production stages to stabilize production processes and market quality.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Managing an approval] Participate in validating risk factors in a new part by checking a partner's process, outgoing inspection system, etc.
2. [Managing production parts] Performing activities to guarantee parts quality by establishing an improvement measure and analyzing defects when quality issues happen during partners' production stages.
3. [Prior quality management] Supply parts by performing prior activities with a partner, utilizing a technique to improve quality.
4. [Quality post-management] Prevent defects from reoccurring by performing post-management activities related to defect history and an established measurement.
5. [Managing quality related expenses] Minimize risk factors which exist in quality related expenses (accident, incident, compensation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) resulted from our company's parts.
6. [Customer support] Analyze defects, identify underlying cause, and establish a post-management measure when a customer is dissatisfied with the parts.
