Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting marketing goals and helping the team to conduct marketing campaigns that create awareness around the product. You will also work closely with design, product, and technical teams to ensure the best execution and improvement of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

* Helping in the creation, planning, and management of mobile marketing campaigns
* Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and optimizing accordingly
* Creating campaign structures, maintaining, and monitoring campaign performance
* Supporting innovation and growth through continuous experimentation, A/B testing across multiple platforms
* Working closely with marketing artists to create high-quality ads

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience, ideally in mobile marketing
* Creative and results-oriented mindset
* Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills
* Passion and interest in games
* Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
