Schneider Electric in Ukraine is looking for a talented individual to strengthen marketing team in Kyiv. This person will report to the Head of Sales.
Your manager: Pavlo V. Pylypenko
Your IMPACT:
* Technical Support: offer consultative support to sales teams, partners, and end-users.
* Cooperation with Offer Manager in Product Launches: certification processes, trainings, Demo equipment development
* Documentation & Marketing Materials: develop technical presentations, catalogues, manuals, and other supporting documents, create promotional materials
* Training & Enablement: organize and conduct training sessions, seminars, and technical workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers
* Cooperation with Offer Manager Pricing & Market Positioning: define pricing strategies and market positioning. Analyse competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly
* Customer and Partner visit planning: Create plans and organize activities such as presentations, exhibitions, and negotiations
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with channel leaders and sales teams to develop promotions, training programs, and initiatives for clients and employees
Your Profile:
* Higher education in Electrical engineering (mandatory).
* Experience in Product Management, Technical, preferably in the electrical / power equipment industry.
* Understanding of electrical market and low-voltage power products (ACB, busway systems, LV enclosures)
* Experience in new product launches, including go-to-market, pricing, positioning, and public speaking.
* Ability to provide technical and consultative support to sales teams, partners, and customers.
* Strong skills in creating technical and marketing materials (presentations, catalogues, manuals).
* Understanding of pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
* Strong analytical skills, result-oriented mindset.
* High level of self-organization, accountability, and ownership
* Adaptability, openness to innovation.
* English - minimum B1 level.
