Your contribution to a multi-million-pound programme will place you at the heart of a major construction works, giving you the opportunity to shape outcomes and have a lasting impact on communities and cities.
You'll be responsible for:
* Directing strategic delivery and commercial management, including contracts, costing and client engagement.
* Operating with integrity, delivering ethical, financially robust outcomes aligned to net zero ambitions.
* Building strong relationships, drive innovation and resolve commercial challenges across the consultancy.
* Preparing and administering contracts, certifications, valuations and final accounts.
* Providing robust cost control, reporting, claims assessment and commercial assurance.
* Managing teams, stakeholders and continuous improvement, driving high performance.
* Supporting net zero delivery through informed commercial decision-making.
You'll need to have:
* Understanding of present-day issues such as sustainability, social value and carbon reduction.
* Strong understanding of industry best practice.
* A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
* Sound knowledge and ability to undertake and advise on contract administration and contract management.
