Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to shape high-impact campaigns for ambitious brands, including Samsung, across today's most influential social platforms. This role sits at the heart of performance, blending insight, creativity and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll lead both strategy and execution, working closely with clients and teammates to turn data into meaningful growth. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Owning paid social strategy end-to-end, from audience planning and creative best practice through to optimisation and growth. Leading the delivery of campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit, with a clear focus on performance outcomes. Turning data into insight by defining the right KPIs, challenging briefs, and sharing clear, actionable recommendations with clients. Driving testing and innovation roadmaps, exploring new platform features, tools and automation to improve results and efficiency. Managing smooth day-to-day delivery, ensuring accuracy across budgets, performance tracking and financial reconciliation. Building trusted client relationships by managing expectations, communicating clearly, and delivering consistently. Supporting and guiding team members through effective delegation, feedback and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Skills we're looking for Experience in paid social strategy and activation, with confidence owning campaigns and accounts. Comfortable working directly with clients, presenting insights and influencing media decisions with clarity. Strong organisational skills, with care and precision across budgets, data and delivery. A curious, growth-oriented mindset, open to testing, learning and evolving ways of working. Collaborative and empathetic, with a natural ability to support others while maintaining high standards. Confidence using data and technology to solve problems, rather than relying on reports alone. A people-centred approach to leadership, focused on trust, inclusion and shared success.
