Overview We are hiring a Digital Account Manager to join our H&M Global team at Zenith, where data, creativity and performance come together to deliver meaningful growth. This is an opportunity to shape full-funnel digital campaigns across multiple markets, working at the intersection of strategy, planning and activation. You'll collaborate with talented teams globally, influencing how one of the world's most recognisable brands connects with customers. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-quality full-funnel media plans, reports and campaign strategies that drive measurable outcomes Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, actionable digital recommendations Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning and activation across Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts, acting as a reliable and proactive partner Oversee campaign delivery across multiple markets, ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs Guide and support junior team members, helping them grow and deliver their best work Monitor campaign performance and provide insights that improve future strategy and investment decisions Qualifications Experience managing multiple digital workstreams within a fast-moving environment Strong understanding of key digital platforms, particularly across Paid Social and Programmatic Confident communicator who can clearly present ideas to both internal teams and clients Collaborative approach, with experience working across strategy, planning and activation teams Ability to build relationships and create trust with stakeholders at different levels Experience supporting or leading the development of team members Detail-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Additional information Zenith International offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
