It's the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to experiences that enrich the lives of so many. Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple Music is seeking a Front of House Manager to join the studios team at Battersea. We are seeking a highly organized, passionate, and personable individual that will proactively develop and manage the day to day events and activities in our studio in Battersea, working closely with the Talent Relations and Production teams. This role is critical in setting the tone for our creative space and being the face of the studio, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning environment for our internal teams, VIP guests, partners and customers.

This role will manage the smooth functioning of FOH operations at the studio, ensuring that each guest and partner entering the space has a positive experience. If you obsess over the finer details, thrive in dynamic environments, have a track record of balancing hospitality with operational precision and bring a calm, can-do energy to everything you do, this is the ideal role for you.
Extensive demonstrable experience at venue, front-of-house and/or hospitality (creative, music, or production environments preferred) including extensive F&B service, ticketing and security operations. A deep understanding of venue operations and guest experience in high-profile environments. Proven capability of curating and managing guest experiences at world-class events. Outstanding communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining strategic, flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines.
A passion for planning the finer details and a good understanding that strong operations are the foundation of great creative work. Well-versed in pop culture, music, guest hospitality and passionate about the entertainment landscape. Existing relationships across the entertainment industry is ideal. High emotional intelligence, the ability to read a room, anticipate needs and move things forward proactively. The ability to work to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to rapidly changing production and artist schedules. A Personal License holder. Proficient in building presentations in Apple Keynote. Excited to help build a best-in-class studio experience for everyone who walks through the door
