As part of the (COMPANY NAME) Maintenance team, Maintenance Engineers support our existing clients on a long-term basis, ensuring the continuous performance of our systems and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Participate to the maintenance activities of (COMPANY NAME) and support operations both directly or through integrators
* Report internally the issues on the system, in a philosophy of continuous improvement of the system
* Assist with installation and deployment of new systems or machines
* Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed
* Act as one of the main interlocutors of the design team (R&D) for specific maintenance issues
* Propose improvement of maintenance procedures and processes
* Support (COMPANY NAME)'s integrators and field maintenance teams if your technical skills are required

Candidate Requirements:

* Master's degree or equivalent in engineering required
* First experience on a robotics related job
* Broad knowledge on software, mechanical and electrical engineering
* Ability to work on various tasks from mechanical troubleshooting to robotic software configuration
* Good competencies in robotic design and configuration
* Problem solving mindset and high autonomy level
* Ability to talk to clients, contractors or suppliers
