The project: Work is moving rapidly into the mechanical, electrical and HVAC (MEH) install phase. The client team including Mace representatives will be required to provide leadership, direction and guidance to the contract delivery partners as part of an integrated team delivering standalone large multi-million pound scopes of works whilst ensuring full effective coordination at project level.
You'll be responsible for:
* Producing monthly change reporting, including ROTC packs, KPIs and management information.
* Owning change governance, maintaining registers, templates, calendars and procedures.
* Coordinating change controls, data capture, meetings, approvals and Ecosys PMB updates.
* Managing change forums, setting direction and ensuring consistency.
* Managing PMB and cost data, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
* Driving continuous improvement, enhancing change processes and outputs.
* Managing project-wide change training, raising capability and quality.
* Providing functional leadership, managing and supporting change coordinators.
You'll need to have:
* Chartered professional with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent development pathway.
* Proven delivery leadership across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
* Strong commercial acumen, with financial, sustainability and carbon awareness.
* Experienced people leader, influencing senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
