Job Description :The Clients / Billings Analyst helps with the delivery of financial accounting and reporting to support the Client teams at local level.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE JUNIOR

Havas Media Group is expanding its finance team with an Accounts Receivable Junior role based in King's Cross, London. The company is a major global communications group with over 900 employees in the UK & Ireland, aiming to integrate media and creative services under one roof for client benefit.

Role and Responsibilities
* The position reports to the Head of Financial Operations and involves daily reconciliation of third-party supplier invoices with agency bookings to ensure timely client invoicing.
* Key duties include compiling weekly unbilled reports in Excel, resolving queries with account teams, retrieving supplier invoices, scanning copies, assisting with audits, and supporting client invoicing uploads.

* Ideal candidates are school leavers or first jobbers who are proactive, detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, proficient in Excel, and effective communicators.
