Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

The Team:

The Scanning and Post Team is a small team within GTMO Treasury Fulfilment, we support the scanning and storage of all client documentation received for the purposes of account opening, closing or maintenance. The team manage a large amount of documentation received on site as well as documentation help at our offsite facility.

Role Description:

The Post/Scanning and Archiving Team within EMEA are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their team.

This job is responsible for analysing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing.

Responsibilities:
* Receipt imaging and distribution of all mail received. For associates in the Fulfilment and Servicing teams
* Uploading of documentation onto our image repository
* Accurate offsite storage of documentation
* Identify if the documentation is executed in original or PDF

Successful candidate should be able to:
* Work well under pressure.
* Have effective time management skills.
* Have good attention to detail.
* Have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
