Job Description:
The role focuses on operationalising ML and LLM model deployment through robust CI/CD, governance, monitoring, and promotion controls. It involves building and maintaining GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines to support scalable ML and LLM services. Responsibilities include managing the full model lifecycle-versioning, promotion, and rollback-across multiple environments, and operating MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry management. The position deploys and operates inference services on OpenShift, ensuring strong observability through monitoring and alerting. Secure integration of secrets and credentials via Vault is essential to maintaining compliance, reliability, and end-to-end operational excellence.
Core Duties:
* Operationalise model and LLM deployment with CI/CD, governance, monitoring and promotion controls
* Build CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM services using Gitlab runners
* Manage model lifecycle: versioning, promotion and rollback across environments
* Operate MLflow tracking and model registry
* Deploy inference services into OpenShift with monitoring and alerting
* Integrate secrets and credentials securely via Vault

Essential skills:
* Knowledge of Kubernetes-based deployment ML lifecycle governance and observability
* Use of tools such as MLflow, GitLab CI/CD, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Vault, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki
