Job Overview

Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to manage the flow of materials and products through the warehouse, plans, and schedules shipments to meet customer deadlines.

Job Requirements

* Goods Receiving & Put Away: Handle incoming goods and store them promptly.
* Kitting: Prepare parts and materials for production within 24 hours.
* Stock Accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy.
* Shipping & Receiving: Manage the movement of goods and supplies through the warehouse, consolidating shipment receipts and reports.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments and goods.
* Documentation: Assist with creating and consolidating shipping and receiving reports.
* Compliance & Problem-Solving: Track performance metrics, resolve shipping and receiving issues, and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.
* Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials in the warehouse.
* General Housekeeping: Carry out regular 5S+1 activities to keep the workspace organized and safe.
* EH&S Awareness: Submit at least 2 "Don't Walk By" safety observations every 3 months.

What your background should look like

* A good general all-round education.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment.
* Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting tasks.
* Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
