Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

Research & Development

In Research and Development, we're full of highly skilled talents that include Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory professionals - all working to create a cleaner, healthier world. With nine Centres of Excellence, we continually seek out new opportunities by using science, our entrepreneurial flare and our fearless innovation to develop and enhance our existing portfolio, never compromising on quality or performance.

We do the right thing, always, by ensuring we act with responsibility and integrity, by complying with regulatory legislation across the globe, whilst ensuring our products are safe for our consumers and are to the highest quality.

The size of our organisation means you'll have the opportunity to learn and work in different functions within R&D, giving you exposure to different disciplines, teams and environments. You will also have access to our Research and Development Academy, designed to develop our team and allow you to grow in our great organisation.

About the role

You will drive the enterprise business integration, business processes, and data governance to support Reckitt's future ways of working.

Your responsibilities

* Build stakeholder alignment through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and timely evidence-based decision-making.
* Ensure project execution adheres to GxP validation, data privacy, and cybersecurity principles throughout delivery, ensuring full traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
* Set up and drive weekly operational review forums, capturing minutes, ensuring progress tracking, managing RAID items, and closure of actions.
* Publish weekly project status reports to Programme Managers and Senior Leadership, highlighting key progress updates, critical risks, issues, and decisions.
* Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
* Act as project lead within SAP PLM transformation project bridging business and technical delivery teams.
* Strong cross-functional leadership and coordination across R&D, Supply, Regulatory, IT&D and external partners

The experience we're looking for

* Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably within R&D, IT&D or commercial operations within a regulated environment (e.g. FDA, EMA).
* Understanding of GxP standards, validation, data integrity principles, and cross-functional processes spanning Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain.
* Hands-on experience delivering digital transformation projects, including data migration or system integration between PLM, ERP and regulatory systems (PLM project delivery and Digital R&D transformation) a proven track record of leading complex, cross functional initiatives
