People Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated People Operations Manager to join our dynamic HR team for the UKISA region (700 headcount, 17 stores, 3 countries). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient HR operations and contributing to a thriving work environment within Louis Vuitton. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR professional with a strong operational background and a keen eye for detail. You will have one direct report.

Proven experience of at least 10-year in a similar Payroll Management, People / HR Operations or C&B Manager role Retail / Hospitality or fast-paced environment background preferred Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with experience in creating HR dashboards Hands-on experience with payroll management from A to Z and HRIS Strong organizational skills and attention to details Strong understanding of UKISA employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
