Overview We're hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to lead campaign delivery across two globally recognised brands: Tissot and Avolta Duty Free. This role sits at the heart of performance marketing - bringing together strategy, execution, and creative thinking to deliver campaigns that drive real business impact across international markets. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Own end-to-end delivery of paid social campaigns across Tissot and Avolta Duty Free, from brief through to reporting Manage multiple campaigns across different markets, ensuring delivery is smooth, accurate, and on time Build strong client relationships through clear communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations Design and execute structured test-and-learn plans that drive continuous performance improvement Collaborate with planning and performance teams to align campaigns with broader strategy and measurement frameworks Support and develop junior team members through guidance, feedback, and quality assurance Identify opportunities to optimise performance, improve processes, and introduce innovation across accounts Qualifications Skills we're looking for Strong experience across paid social platforms (including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest) Confidence managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously A structured, detail-focused approach to delivery and quality control Comfortable presenting to and partnering with clients Experience designing tests and using data to improve performance outcomes Understanding of measurement and tracking, including attribution and platform signals Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across global teams Additional information Zenith UK offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
