Commercial Manager- Ports & Marine

We are currently recruiting a talented, motivated and ambitious Commercial Manager to join our Ports team within our Mobility Business Unit located in Immingham.
Accountable for end-to-end commercial management across projects, supporting pre- and post-contract stages, managing risk and opportunity, assuring accurate forecasting and compliant reporting. Provides cradle-to-grave commercial leadership, driving value through effective procurement, contract administration and supply chain performance.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management.
* Providing specialist advice on contract administration.
* Controlling costs, reporting and accurate forecasting.
* Managing financial reporting and final cost.
* Identifying cost impacts from change.
* Assessing claims, delays and additional costs.
* Advising on certification and final accounts.
* Managing commercial risk, notices and close-out.
You'll need to have:
* Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally highways or ports and marine.
* Strong NEC contract expertise with sound knowledge of construction contract law and administration.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; NEC PM accreditation desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating ownership, value management and delivery against programme milestones.
