As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company crafts, distributes and markets two of Scotland's most acclaimed single malt whiskies. This role based on the beautiful Scottish island of Islay will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance program and expediting reactive maintenance across all locations on Islay, ensuring our assets are maintained to the highest standard and compliant with relevant regulations, legislation, and organisational policies. In addition to maintenance focused work, the Maintenance Planner will support the capital project team to ensure user requirements are captured during design phases, carry out client inspections where required, and aid the handover and acceptance process. They will also manage the full lifecycle of smaller CAPEX projects in relation to building/infrastructure improvements.
Professional/Technical Experience: Expertise in Facilities / Estates Management (relevant degree or proven experience). IOSH Managing Safely / NEBOSH qualifications (not essential, preferred). Experience in approving RAMS. Working knowledge of Construction Regulations 2015 and duty holders' responsibilities. Permit To work experience. Proven project / planning management. Ability to manage conflict with a positive approach to solution finding. Sound knowledge of Financial Management / experience in budget management. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good knowledge of SAP. Key Competencies: Excellent communicator. Ability to work across functions and cultures. Collaborative & proactive mind set. Completer Finisher. Highly organised, significant user & adopter of technology. Self-managing and proactive individual who can priorities accordingly.
