Job Description:

IS&T EMEIA brings together all IS&T functions across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa - including Business Intelligence, Corporate and Customer Systems, Employee Experience and Productivity, Infrastructure Services, and Retail. The team partners with global leadership to deliver key programs at a regional level, navigating the unique complexity and scale of one of Apple's most diverse operating regions. IS&T EMEIA also leads Apple's IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence, helping teams across Apple ensure that websites, internal systems, and services work for everyone. The IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven early career professional to join our Program Management Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your project management skills within a global, mission-driven team dedicated to making technology accessible to everyone.
As an early career Project Manager within IS&T, you will work closely with other Engagement Managers, Program Managers and the broader Center of Excellence team to support the delivery of impactful accessibility projects. You will gain hands-on experience acting as a connector between business teams, technology project teams and key stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn, someone who brings energy, a growth mindset, and a genuine interest in accessibility and inclusive technology.
Some demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects, whether through light professional work experience, internships, placements, academic programmes, or volunteer work. Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an ability to summarise information for different audiences. Collaborative and comfortable working with people across different teams and functions. Self-starter who is comfortable asking questions and working with some degree of autonomy.
Exposure to or a genuine curiosity about accessibility, disability inclusion, or assistive technology. Experience working across time zones or with global or distributed teams is a plus. Closing date for applications is August 7, 2026
