Brand Engagement Lead - Motor Racing

Role Overview

As Brand Engagement Lead for Fanzones, reporting to the Head of Brand Engagement, you will support the strategic planning and execution of engagement initiatives within one of the three core passion pillars of SFP Brand Engagement.

This role is pivotal in leveraging ZYN's high-profile sponsorship with the British Superbike Championship (BSB) to build brand equity and drive consumer connection in the UK market. VEEV and IQOS will also be integrated through targeted micro-engagements, sampling, and retail activations.

You will contribute to the delivery of 16 activations in collaboration with BSB and MSV, reaching over 700K LANU, including the deployment of 12K+ samples and 25K+ DDCs.

Key Accountabilities

* Support the delivery of 16+ activations across the British Superbike Series.
* Contribute to the deployment of 12K+ samples and 25K+ DDCs.
* Drive conversions to ZYN, VEEV, and IQOS.
* Assist in managing agency and partner relationships to ensure flawless execution.
* Maintain clear documentation and reporting across all activations.

Activation Support & Execution

* Assist in the deployment and coordination of the activation calendar to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
* Support on-ground activations, liaising with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and brand consistency.
* Oversee logistics and operational details for sampling and consumer engagement.

Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

* Collaborate with rightsholder partners, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Support the orchestration of loyalty program rewards, media enablers, and content deployment across partner-owned and brand-owned channels.
* Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders.

Content & Asset Management

* Assist in adapting global assets for local deployment, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
* Support the creation, organization, and distribution of engagement tools and content across relevant channels.

Project Management & Reporting

* Track project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and performance monitoring.
* Contribute to post-event evaluations and the learning agenda by capturing insights and feedback.
* Maintain project documentation and support internal reporting needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with digital, legal, commercial, and other internal teams to ensure all activations are compliant, aligned, and amplified.
* Support the Head of Brand Engagement in preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.

Key Skills & Attributes

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide, including weekends and overtime.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Passion for live events, motor racing, brand marketing, and consumer engagement.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
