What you'll be doing:As a Marketing Administrator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly. You'll ensure the accuracy of marketing systems, maintain trade plans, and act as the go-to person for resolving queries. You'll also provide essential administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team, helping with purchase orders, product requests, and coordination with global stakeholders. Your work will enable the team to deliver impactful campaigns and projects efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

* Maintaining marketing systems and ensuring data integrity.
* Acting as a point of contact for internal and global queries.
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including purchase orders and product requests.
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in an administrative role managing multiple stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
