POSITION: JUNIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGER

Maison Francis Kurkdjian is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and commercially astute Junior Trade Marketing Manager. MISSION STATEMENT
Implement the Marketing Strategy for Maison Francis Kurkdjian in the UK & Eire, with a clear focus on commercial objectives. This includes the strategic planning, implementation, and rigorous management of trade marketing plans and creative animations for the brand, ensuring all activities are driven by market insights and contribute to targeted sell-out and operating profit within budget constraints. This role is instrumental in enhancing brand desirability through commercially sound and impactful initiatives with the overarching objective to secure no.1 position within fragrance across our limited distribution.
POSITION WITHIN THE ORGANISATION Reports To: Head of Marketing & Client Experience Direct Reports: Marketing Intern (shared resource with Acqua di Parma) Head office: High Street Kensington Hybrid working: required in office three days per week PERSON SPECIFICATION Key Competencies/Technical Skills Highly Commercial: A strong ability to analyse market trends, identify commercial opportunities, and make data-driven decisions that generate strong ROI & sell-out. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally & externally Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Excellent negotiation skills Entrepreneurial spirit & Leadership/ self-starting capabilities with creative and strategic thinking skills Strong project management experience with proven organization skills, time management skills, high level of detail orientation and ability to implement and execute multiple projects at once Ability to influence and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with several different departments & across all levels of the organization Outstanding presentation and communication skills (oral and written) Profile Graduate Fluent in English 2 years' experience in a marketing role Prior experience with key retail partners preferable Inherent interest in luxury industry and beauty Second language (French) a plus Good working knowledge of MS Office (Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
