Overview We are hiring a Measurement Transformation Lead to help shape the future of how marketing effectiveness drives growth. This is a rare opportunity to define and embed a next-generation measurement vision across Sky and Publicis Next, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and decision-making. You'll influence how investment decisions are made, ensuring measurement becomes a true catalyst for smarter, faster growth. Responsibilities Define and lead a transformation roadmap that advances measurement maturity across Sky and Publicis Next Design and embed a unified effectiveness framework connecting MMM, attribution, testing, and brand measurement Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping how measurement supports confident business decisions Translate advanced methodologies into clear, actionable frameworks used by planners and marketers Champion modern growth science approaches, including causal inference and Bayesian thinking, within decision-makingBuild and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour and impact Establish governance across KPIs, measurement standards, and learning agendas to ensure consistency and quality Qualifications Experience leading measurement, marketing effectiveness or growth strategy in complex environments Strong understanding of advanced measurement approaches such as MMM, attribution, experimentation and brand tracking A track record of driving transformation programmes with clear business impact Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility at executive level Confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas while maintaining analytical integrityPeople leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to team development Systems thinking mindset, balancing theory, practicality and commercial outcomes Additional information Publicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
