The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team at Adobe as a Strategic Programs Associate in London! This outstanding opportunity allows you to make a significant global impact by leading the DMe Corporate Sales engagement and recognition programs. This position is in the Chief of Staff team, committed to driving strategic alignment across our organization. We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
What you'll Do
* Collaborate closely with the Sales leadership team to advance the operational rhythm of the organization.
* Act as the main liaison for regional (EMEA) internal communication within the sales organization.
* Build and manage employee engagement programs that promote a culture of high performance and recognition.
* Identify and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the business.
* Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and accountability frameworks.
* Ensure alignment between teams through clear communication and follow-up on priorities and action items.
What you need to succeed
* 2-4 years of experience in strategy, program management, business operations, or a related field.
* Proven project management skills; able to stay organized and prioritise multiple priorities.
* Experience in managing in person and virtual events.
* Excellent presentation skills in both written and verbal formats.
* Analytical approach with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
