Job Description:
Mission: As an ET Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of electrical trade customers within the UK. The primary accounts will be electrical wholesalers however some accounts will work in different environments. Your focus will be on strengthening existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing share of wallet by promoting a Schneider Electric products and services. You will play a key role in delivering sales growth, improving customer engagement, and positioning the business as a trusted partner in the electrical trade market.
Key responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a portfolio of Electrical Trade customers in the UK, primarily electrical wholesalers, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, acquire new business, and increase product penetration and share of wallet for Schneider Electric products and services.
* Deliver agreed targets for sales, margin, and new business, including effective management of pricing and commercial negotiations.
* Maintain regular face-to-face customer engagement, acting as a trusted point of contact by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate product, promotional, and technical support.
* Manage a structured and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM records, timely follow-up of opportunities, and improved conversion rates.
* Provide sales forecasts and account updates to management, and develop territory plans aligned with overall business objectives.
* Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams, aligning activities with channel strategies and promotional initiatives to deliver effective customer solutions.
Skills and attributes:

* Proven experience in developing strategies to win in accounts.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Commercially focused with strong negotiation ability.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a territory independently.
* Good understanding of the electrical distribution or contractor market is highly desirable.
Qualifications:

* Business-related qualification or equivalent experience.
* Sales training or relevant professional development preferred.
