Your Impact:
Within the Retail team, the Dior Ambassador is responsible for driving beauty sales by achieving sales targets, promoting the brand, and providing a personalized luxury service to customers. This role is crucial for maintaining Parfums Christian Dior's image as a luxury brand and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including the Counter Manager and other retail staff.
PROFILE Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous. Soft Skills (aligned with Parfums Christian Dior values): Create Passionately: Creative; able to recreate the emotions in clients of what fragrance was designed to encapsulate. Lead with Audacity: Self-confident; able to approach and engage with customers at ease. Proven sales track record in a luxury retail environment. Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products (or ability to quickly acquire).
