Your Impact:

Within the Retail team, the Business Manager is responsible for the management of profitability at a specified retail location.
This role is crucial for managing the sales team, building retail relationships with store management, and the development/motivation of sales team, in support of the region's retail profitability.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Beauty Stylists, MCD Ambassador (where applicable), Selling Specialists, Esthetician (where applicable).
Ideally, you would have 5+ years of prestige beauty sales and counter management experience, as well as prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
