Responsibilities

Finance Relationship Management Support
* Support the creation and implementation of SOW/PO/Vendor management processes, distribution of meaningful metrics, and development of best practices
* Support Business Management team on day-to-day budget management ensuring the teams meet all financial deadlines imperative to P&L YOY planning
* Partner on and support vendor contract process (MSAs) to ensure accurate and timely execution of required contracts and monitor expiration dates.
* Partner on and support vendor set up for POs and invoicing and facilitate the resolution of related issues.
* Support management of relationships with external vendors and on-site agency designers.
* Assist on the development of materials & support ongoing trainings on end-to-end vendor management processes
Operational and Technical Support
* Day to day technical support of Design Operations Sr Mgr on key priorities (eg OGT/SBT, Design Value)
* Support optimization, buildout, maintenance, and scaling of tech platforms for global design team
* Oversight of function-wide distribution list governance, coordinating with designated list owners to support onboarding, offboarding, and accurate system access
* Management of contractor tracking across global function, coordinating with designated contacts to maintain holistic visibility and accurate headcount
* Ongoing maintenance of function-wide org chart, coordinating monthly refreshes and partnering with platform providers and HR Operations to ensure accuracy
Culture, Engagement & Talent Programs
* Support execution of Design's culture strategy and key initiatives (e.g. Global Summit, New Hire Events, Who's Who, Winter Wishes.
* Oversight of internal and external Design Center Engagement process by streamlining intake, assessing audience needs, and delegating ownership to ensure high quality, well-supported experiences
* Support internship program by outlining culture-driven programming and events and sourcing engaging activities to create a meaningful intern experience
* Partner with team members across offices to strengthen connection, engagement, and integration
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* Minimum 2 years of fulltime working experience supporting or managing operational processes for global or multi-site teams
* Proven ability to manage relationships with external vendors and agency partners in a professional, organized manner
* High attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, financial integrity, and process compliance
* Demonstrated ability to support culture, engagement, and talent programs, including events, onboarding, internships, or community-building initiatives
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, seniority levels, and geographies
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
