YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Distribution Planning Manager will oversee the launch, distribution, and flow of new products for all categories across the Americas zone in all retail doors.

In addition, they will oversee the distribution planning for Men's, Women Shoes & RTW for all life type codes. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills who can ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to maximize sales potential while supporting Maison's image and retail objectives. This role will lead cross-functional partnerships in collaboration with Merchandising, VM, and Retail teams to deliver impactful product launches and continuously improve processes and analytical capabilities across the organization. As the primary point of contact for our local warehouse, they will manage capacity planning to maintain service levels.
