As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.
The Associate - Academy IFS plays a key role in enabling PwC Vietnam's learning agenda by ensuring training operations run smoothly from planning through to completion. This role coordinates end-to-end training logistics and communications, provides hands-on support for classroom and virtual delivery, and administers the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate enrolment and completion tracking. In addition, the Associate maintains training records, prepares timely reports for stakeholders, supports learning evaluation activities, and contributes to L&D projects and initiatives in close collaboration with the Academy team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and administration (training calendar, session scheduling, venue/room booking, equipment setup, catering, and attendance management).
* Manage learner communications and coordination (invitations, joining instructions, reminders, pre-work, and post-session follow-ups) to ensure a smooth participant experience.
* Provide day-of support for instructor-led and virtual learning events, including registration, troubleshooting, and liaison with facilitators and vendors.
* Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): create and upload courses/sessions, enroll participants, manage waitlists, track completion, and resolve basic user queries.
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal requirements and audit needs.
* Prepare and consolidate training reports and dashboards (attendance, completion, and utilization) for stakeholders on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
* Support learning evaluation activities: distribute surveys, collect feedback, compile results, and summarize insights for continuous improvement.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for L&D projects (e.g., vendor coordination, timelines, materials management, and meeting notes/action tracking) as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills required:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
* Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship/part-time experience in HR, training coordination, event operations, or administrative support is an advantage.
* Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail; able to manage multiple activities and deadlines with appropriate prioritisation.
* Comfortable coordinating end-to-end logistics and communications (scheduling, venue/virtual set-up, participant support, attendance tracking).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams); able to produce accurate reports and maintain structured records.
* Strong learning agility and digital aptitude; capable of quickly learning and operating an LMS (course/session set-up, enrolment, completion tracking).
* Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills; professional service mindset and ability to work effectively with facilitators, vendors, and internal teams.
* Integrity and discretion in handling learner information and internal data.
* Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
