TREASURY SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Palex Helathcare Group is a leading and continuously growing group in the hospital and healthcare solutions sector.
We are currently looking for a Corporate Treasury Specialist to join our Corporate Treasury team, based in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).

The role works closely with Finance, Accounting, and local teams across the Group, as well as with banking partners and other corporate functions.
This position plays an active role in supporting and enhancing day-to-day treasury operations at Group level, contributing to efficient cash management and banking processes, while being involved in key treasury initiatives within a dynamic, international and multi-company environment.

Main Responsibilities
Cash Management & Banking Operations
* Support the management of electronic connections with banking platforms
* Assist in the integration of bank files into SAP
* Support the preparation of cash reports at Group level
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Support payments management processes
* Assist in bank documentation and administrative processes

Financing & Treasury Analysis
* Calculate and monitor interest expenses and income
* Manage intragroup loans calculations and related invoicing
* Support in the preparation of reports related to debt and liquidity at Group level

Treasury Projects & Corporate Support
* Support local teams on treasury-related matters, ensuring alignment with Group policies
* Participate in the reorganization and optimization of the Group's banking pool
* Actively participate in and contribute to Treasury projects, including:
TMS (Treasury Management System) implementation
Application and follow-up of Treasury Group Policies
Cash pooling structures
International insurance program
Global FX Risk Management Framework

Profile we are looking for
* We are looking for a professional with experience in treasury, finance and banking operations, ideally within international and multi-company environments.
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
* 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting (treasury experience is a plus)
* Basic knowledge of cash management and banking processes
* Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
* Advanced Excel skills
* High level of English is essential
* Strong willingness to learn and develop in treasury
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and organized mindset
* Ability to work in a multinational and collaborative environment
* Good communication skills
