Job Description

Key responsibilities:
* Assist Natixis Madrid team to support financing of transaction over all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP) across the Iberian Peninsula.
* Structuring project finance transactions: financial modeling, bankability analysis and preparation of files for internal committees.
* Drafting and processing credit applications in coordination with internal teams (coverage, portfolio, syndication).
* Analyzing and assessing projects and sponsors: financial strength, business plan and risk profile.
* Reviewing and commenting on financing terms and conditions (pricing, covenants, security package, documentation).
* Coordinating and analyzing due diligence (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG) to identify and mitigate key risks.
* Preparing pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing mandates.
* Taking part in the syndication process: preparing documentation for participating banks and monitoring the distribution of financing. Automatic translation

You have strong analytical skills.
