VIE - HR Advisor

As HR Advisor VIE, based in Amsterdam, you will support the Human Resources agenda across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy, working closely with the HR Manager for the three markets.
You will be involved in a wide range of HR topics-from talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to compensation, wellbeing, and employee engagement. This role is an excellent opportunity for a rising HR professional to gain multi country exposure, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute to impactful projects across a dynamic EMEA cluster.
Professional Experience & Mindset A first experience (internship or junior role) in Human Resources Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proactive, curious, and collaborative with strong organisational skills Ability to navigate different stakeholders and work cultures across countries Passion for people, culture, and continuous learning Interest in the luxury, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is an advantage Languages Fluent English required Dutch, French or Italian is a strong plus V.I.E.
