Context of recruitment As part of the development of its Projects & Heavy Lift activities, the Group is recruiting a Project Manager V.I.E to support the delivery of technical and high value-added logistics projects. Integrated into the Projects Department and reporting to the Regional Chief Projects Officer, the VIE will be involved in heavy lift, breakbulk and OOG logistics projects. He/She will support the operational coordination of complex projects, from preparation phase through to project close-out. This VIE role offers direct exposure to operational, financial and QHSE challenges. The position is set in an international environment, working closely with clients and subcontractors. It represents a strong opportunity for rapid skills development in heavy project logistics. A hands-on, field-based experience is at the core of the assignment. You will be responsible of : * Support the planning and monitoring of Heavy Lift, breakbulk and OOG logistics projects. * Contribute to the preparation of project plans: scope, schedules, resources, risks and methodologies. * Assist in the coordination of abnormal load transport operations, in liaison with authorities and local partners. * Monitor project progress and raise alerts in case of deviations on costs, timelines or KPIs. * Support budget follow-up and cost analysis for assigned projects. * Contribute to compliance with QHSE, regulatory and contractual requirements. * Participate in project reporting and communication with internal teams and clients. * Participate in risk identification and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* You're graduated from a Bachelor or a Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. * You have already done an internship, apprenticeship or a first job in project operations within heavy lift, abnormal load logistics, OOG, or technical transport environments. You are aware of the transport compliance standard. * Soft Skills : Organizational, Communications, Customer Care, * Computer literacy (Microsoft SW) * Professional English Level is mandatory for his position.
