The V.I.E will join the Operational Excellence Center of Expertise focused on driving efficiency, digital transformation, and a culture of continuous improvement across the SSC. This mission suits a data-driven, collaborative self-starter eager to optimize processes and contribute to sustainable change. Participate in supporting improvement, process standardization, and performance management across operational activities within the Finance SSC. The V.I.E works closely with Global SSC leaders, Center of Excellence (COE) team and stakeholders in contributing to support consistent service delivery, strong controls, and an efficient working environment under the COE Manager responsibility. 1. Participation in Operational Excellence Enhancement & Continuous Improvement *Participate to the deployment of operational excellence initiatives across Finance processes. *Help translating data insights into standardization, simplification, improvement opportunities for processes. *Participate and contribute to digital initiatives in collaboration with IT and process owners. *Contribute in tracking benefits realization for improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost, capacity). *Support processing documentation and standardization through data-driven observations. *Partner with operational teams to define meaningful metrics and performance targets. 2. Performance Management & Operational contribution *Monitor functional KPIs and productivity metrics; prepare regular performance reports and dashboards. *Help in supporting operational reviews, action tracking, and issue resolution. *Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. *Support month-end and year-end close performance through data analysis and process coordination. 3. Controls, Compliance & Audit Support *Support adherence to internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance requirements within Finance processes. *Assist in preparation for internal audits and track remediation actions. *Help in ensuring process documentation and controls evidence is up to date

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding in, or interest in new digital technologies, automation and transformation. Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Clear and professional communication skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills or enthusiasm for. Affinity for tools such as ERP (SAP), RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), data analytics platforms (ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau) and process mining (Celonis)
