Job purpose:
Lead the entire process in maintaining consultant databases and in structuring (COMPANY NAME) IM's answers to DDQs and Requests for Proposals ('RFPs'), from kick-off meeting to pitch preparation

Main responsibilities:
· Ensure consultant databases are maintained with accurate and current quantitative and qualitative information, in close collaboration with a third-party provider that supports this task
· Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer consultant requests, DDQs and RFPs (follow RFP processby defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
· Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders/subject matter experts within (COMPANY NAME) IM (sales managers, portfolio managers, product specialists, etc.) to gather all relevant inputs and to challenge investment solutions to deliver clear financial proposals
· Structure DDQs and RFPs with a marketing approach to promote (COMPANY NAME) IM's competitive advantages
· Maintain standard content in the RFP tool
· Contribute to transversal projects as needed
Your Profile

Education / Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Management/Business

Experience
· Prior experience working in the financial industry is a plus (RFP, sales, marketing, communications, investment management)
· Excellent level of English, French or other additional language is a plus

Knowledge and Skills
· Excellent writing skills: enjoys writing and transforming technical descriptions into marketing documents, easy to read for non-specialists, with a strong emphasis on key selling points
· Strong analytical skills and products knowledge
- ability to understand and describe investment processes and financial solutions in detail
- client focused
- ability to challenge experts (Sales, Investment Specialists, etc.)
· Good project management skills
