As Manager Solutions Consulting for CXO, you are a true player-coach: credible in front of customers, and equally committed to building the team behind you.

We work in close partnership with Sales and peer SC teams across Adobe's solution landscape.
What You Will Do
You lead the team of Solutions Consultants for the CHEE region (Swiss and Eastern Europe) dedicated to Adobe's CXO (Customer Experience Orchestration) portfolio:
* CXO is the orchestration of customer experiences across humans, AI agents, data, and content at enterprise scale.
* As a player-coach, you stay active in strategic customer opportunities - leading workshops, executive meetings, and proof of concepts alongside your team.
* You build the team: mentoring, developing, and crafting the conditions for consistent, high-quality execution.
* You bring the team's field perspective into pipeline reviews, outlook calls, and leadership discussions.
What You Need to Succeed
You are genuinely passionate about where technology is going. AI, creative automation, and the next generation of enterprise CXO tools are not just your professional focus - they represent an optimistic vision of what becomes possible. That energy is contagious, and it is what makes this role work.
Beyond that:
* 8+ years as a Solutions Consultant or in a comparable pre-sales role
* Proven ability to build and position customer demos using advanced technology
* Existing leadership skills preferred; prior interim coverage or team lead experience is key
* Experience mentoring or leading peers, and readiness to take on formal management responsibility
* Proven track record of winning enterprise customers and building long-term, trusted customer relationships
* Strong stage presence with a demonstrated footprint speaking at customer, partner, or industry marketing events
* Strong sales instinct: the ability to connect innovation to pipeline outcomes and business value
* A collaborative approach that enables effective work across functions
* Familiar with the Central European enterprise landscape and DACH customer expectations
* Proficient in German and English, comfortable engaging across audiences from practitioner level to C-suite
