Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/*) Produktion am Standort Hilden haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
* Selbstständiges Einrichten und sicheres Bedienen der Produktionsmaschinen.
* Regelmäßiges Reinigen und Rüsten der Anlagen innerhalb vorgegebener Zeitvorgaben.
* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung von Prozessen und Anlagen; Unterstützung der Instandhaltung bei Störungen und Wartungsarbeiten.
* Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
* Lückenlose Dokumentation und Berichterstattung in SAP (MES) sowie in Regelkarten, RUN-Karten (Laufkarten) oder vergleichbaren Systemen.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich/technische Berufsausbildung.
* Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung.
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
* Bereitschaft im 7-Tage-4-Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten.

Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
* Kenntnisse aller Sicherheitsbestimmungen sowie technisches Verständnis.
* Gutes Qualitätsverständnis und Grundlagen des Qualitätsmanagements.
* Sie besitzen gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP etc.).
* Teamfähigkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität.

* Schichtmodell: Vollkontinuierlicher Schichtbetrieb.
* Vertragsart: Befristeter Vertrag für zunächst 1 Jahr.
* Arbeitsort: Hilden, vor Ort.
