The Generator Breaker Systems business stands out as a (COMPANY NAME) internal start-up with a growing business, a flexible organization, and a highly dynamic team.

What part will you play?

Together with you, we create the structures of tomorrow. Your tasks include the following thematic focuses:
* Offer Management: You oversee our commercial offer process, including reviewing and potentially optimizing offer calculations and offer letters. Thus, you are directly involved in our business success.
* Contract Management: You are responsible for the commercial aspects of our offer and contract negotiation process with our customers. Key components include conducting customer due diligence, reviewing contract documents, shaping and developing pricing and negotiation strategies.
* Controlling: You will be involved in all business planning and controlling activities and help to shape processes and interfaces. This includes: Independent analyses and evaluations in the area of sales and profitability planning, controlling of the cost center, monitoring the R&D budget and writing hours.
* Reporting: You are actively involved in regular reporting activities and contribute to the further development, optimization and standardization of processes, formats and tools.
* Expertise: You are the contact person for our team and responsible for transfer pricing and export-related topics, hedging, contracts and act as an interface to the specialist departments in these areas.

What you need to make real what matters.
* You have a degree in business or commercial law or have acquired this specialist knowledge in some other way.
* During your previous professional experience in the areas of order execution, business administration or legal, you have already demonstrated your affinity for the commercial handling of projects.
* You have very good knowledge and application experience in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and SAP (especially order processing and controlling).
* You are business fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German.
* You have already worked in an international environment, have intercultural competence and can work well with international partners and teams.
* You are structured, self-motivated, assertive, willing to learn, open to tasks beyond your area of work and can deal well with a constantly changing environment.
