Job Description:

* Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients, with a strong focus on activation
* Communicate, present, and actively sell marketing campaigns across the entire marketing funnel and - depending on the partner - provide managed services for our tools
* Independently plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Design, Retail, Partner Business, and Marketplace)
* Support partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
* Analyze and review campaigns, including KPI evaluation, and derive optimization opportunities
* Provide operational support within your team and assist your lead on projects and within the managed service area
* Prepare offers and invoices using the CRM tool Salesforce

Qualifications:

* Degree in business, media, communications, or a comparable qualification
* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
* Proficient in MS Office
* Customer-oriented and communicative, with enthusiasm for working with partners
* Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
* Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
