Unser werksärztliches Team wächst stetig und sucht akutell einen weiteren Facharzt:in für Arbeitsmedizin in Teilzeit am Standort Schkopau. Mit gelegentliche Einsätzen in der Umgebung, wie Leuna und Böhlen, bieten wir Ihnen eine interessante Möglichkeit, in einem internationalen, mitarbeiterzentrierten und familienfreundlichen Großunternehmen zu arbeiten, in dem Sie überwiegend präventiv tätig sein werden. Diese Position bietet Ihnen u.a. Flexibilität, Planbarkeit, Offenheit für innovative Ideen und kurze Entscheidungswege.

Verantwortlichkeiten

* Sie übernehmen die Aufgaben gemäß §3 AsiG und legen dabei besonderen Fokus auf arbeitsmedizinische Einstellungs- und Vorsorgeuntersuchungen.
* Darüber hinaus beraten Sie zu reisemedizinischer Themen und führen Impfungen durch.
* Sie betreuen unsere beiden notfallmedizinischen Ambulanzen, organisieren die Erste Hilfe und übernehmen die Nachsorge.
* Die Behandlung medizinische Notfälle und die Wiedereingliederung nach schweren Erkrankungen und Unfällen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
* Sie analysieren die Auswirkungen berufstypischer Belastungen auf die Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden, bewerten Risiken an verschiedenen Arbeitsplätzen und beraten präventiv zur Risikominimierung.
* Sie unterstützen bei Schulungen zur Gesundheitsförderung, Arbeitsschutz und bei der Gefährdungsbeurteilung bzw. der Erstellung von Katastrophenschutz- und Pandemieplänen.

Qualifikationen

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Facharzt für Arbeitsmedizin oder eine abgeschlossene Facharztqualifikation mit Zusatzbezeichnung Betriebsmedizin.
* Als offene und emphatische Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
* Sie überzeugen mit einem sicheren Auftreten, sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und hoher sozialer Kompetenz.
* Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein Klasse B.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

* Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise der chemischen Industrie.
* Zusatzqualifikation auf den Gebieten Reise- und Verkehrsmedizin sowie Strahlenschutz sind von Vorteil.
* Englischkenntnisse bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese auszubauen.
