YOUR TASKS:
* You process our shipments within the EU as well as to third parties from booking to billing until completion.
* You are familiar with legal requirements regarding export shipments and respective documentation.
* With your analytical and structured approach, you plan coordinate groupage transports including notification processes.
* You have thorough knowledge of customs procedures, including simplified customs authorizations and documentation handling.
* You are responsilbe for air-, ocean-, road-freight shipments.
* You ensure proper handling, accurate documentation and monitoring of our Letter of Credit business.

YOUR PROFILE:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of export air-, ocean-, road-freight experience.
* Bachelor´s degree in logistics or business-related field.
* Familiar with legal requirements regarding exporting shipments, including Incoterms and outbound customs processes. Knowledgeable Documentary Letter of Credit business and documentation.
* Proficient computer user including the full Microsoft office package. Experienced with SAP WM and SD Moduls.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
