Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

Administrative und operative Unterstützung des Account Operations Special Services Teams in Uffenheim. Beitrag zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs bei Retouren-, Reklamations- und Serviceprozessen sowie zur Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Retouren- und Reklamationsfällen im CRM-System (z. B. Salesforce)

* Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundenanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei der Datenqualität

* Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Gutschriften und interne Abstimmungen

* Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Reklamationen und Ableitung einfacher Handlungsempfehlungen

* Mitarbeit bei der Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Logistik, Sales, Produktmanagement)

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings, KPI-Auswertungen und Präsentationen

* Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Account Operations

* Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (E-Mail-Bearbeitung, Datenpflege, Nachverfolgung offener Fälle)

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Interesse an Prozessoptimierung

* Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

* Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar

* Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit) von Vorteil

* Interesse an Operations, Customer Service oder Prozessmanagement
