About this Position

What you´ll do

* Lead the development of the external injection moulding manufacturing footprint, including supplier relocation, onboarding activities, support for new program implementations, and continuous supplier improvement within the automotive industry
* Organize and coordinate production ramp-ups with European contract manufacturers, maintaining strong relationships with partners to meet project deadlines
* Oversee and analyze manufacturing processes in injection molding, e.g. including OEE monitoring and shopfloor management
* Work closely with suppliers to effectively resolve issues during crisis periods
* Optimize and manage processing costs within the assigned portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and fostering continuous improvement
* Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including purchasing, supply chain, engineering, quality, business functions, and external partners, to create a cooperative working environment
* Support safety, health, environmental, and quality audits with a responsible approach, ensuring compliance and promoting operational excellence
* Coordinate technical and operational topics (e.g., technical specifications) between Henkel and suppliers to ensure alignment and meet technical and operational requirements

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field
* First professional experience (approx. 2+ years) in operations/manufacturing, supply chain or project management, ideally in an automotive environment. Experience in injection moulding would be beneficial.
* Initial experience in coordinating projects or workstreams within cross-functional teams
* Experience in driving cost saving initiatives within manufacturing operations
* Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Fluent English skills are a must
* Willingness to travel + category B driving licence
