We are looking for a full-time temporary support (m/f/d) for a duration of 12 weeks starting as soon as possible. By supporting global and cross-functional initiatives in the area of Retail Training & Development, you will gain a deep insight into the field of Global Retail Communications, Training & Development. The position offers a responsible and varied role in a highly motivated and international team.

What you can expect:

* Support retail performance, consistency, execution, and optimization through involvement in global and cross-functional initiatives
* Support the further development of our global HUGO BOSS Retail Academy & University training programs
* Support the organization and development of trainings and training tools
* Support research in projects
* Support in content creation for trainings, tools, and communication materials

Your profile:

* Demonstrated experience in retail sales - ideally in fashion retail, strong customer centricity and retail orientation
* First experience in the design and implementation of trainings for retail employees; knowledge of e-learning, learning management platforms and modern training tools
* Strong communication and presentation skills, high level of emotional intelligence and an engaging, self-confident demeanor in an international environment
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solution-oriented and structured work approach, high attention to detail and effective time management
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Distinct willingness to constantly learn and improve
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), preferably as a second language
