Global Market Access - Advocacy & Access Collaborator (all genders)
As a Global Market Access - Advocacy & Access Collaborator (all genders), you lead cross-functional advocacy and access collaborations, turning brand strategy into meaningful, compliant action that accelerates appropriate patient access and adoption. You connect Global Market Access, Medical, Public Affairs and external partners to shape payer and policy conversations on secondary stroke prevention and scale impact from global to local.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead Advocacy & Access Collaborations for secondary stroke prevention in support of pre-launch access preparation
* Translate disease and brand strategy into advocacy that enables timely patient access and appropriate use
* Execute integrated stakeholder engagement plans aligned with brand imperatives across markets and functions
* Develop a value communication strategy with compelling, compliant narratives and messages for payer, clinical and policy audiences
* Co-create advocacy content with academia, NGOs and thought leaders and share evidence in relevant forums
* Design and run global advocacy campaigns that integrate research, media and partnerships to shape payer and policy debates at national, regional and international levels
* Build and nurture strong internal and external networks, championing Advocacy & Access across cross-functional forums and above-brand initiatives
* Drive global-to-local secondary stroke prevention advocacy by identifying effective channels, equipping markets and deploying toolkits and patient stories that spotlight unmet need and innovation
* Partner with Public Affairs and cross-functional mission teams to define policy objectives for secondary stroke prevention and engage EU stakeholders as a core team member
* Over time the position may include other disease and / or brand platforms
WHO YOU ARE
* Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD in healthcare, MD, or PharmD) preferred
* Several years of professional experience in Advocacy & Access or program leadership in multinational settings with a strong track record of external stakeholder engagement
* Deep understanding of cardiovascular disease and secondary stroke prevention; ideally familiarity with the competitive landscape and standard of care in stroke prevention and strategies that address patient, clinician and payer needs
* Demonstrated ability to translate an ambitious advocacy vision and insights into actionable disease and, as appropriate, brand opportunities and innovative, compliant programs
* Proven experience designing and delivering stakeholder programs at global and country levels, with exposure to public affairs, medical communications or relevant non-profit environments as a plus
* Excellence in crafting clear, compelling value and advocacy narratives and in securing internal and external buy-in
* Strength in navigating complex, sensitive stakeholder dynamics while fostering collaboration and compliance
* Comfortable working in agile, mission-based teams and 90-day cycles, proactively removing barriers and driving outcomes
* Fluent in English with outstanding oral and written communication skills
