Are you a driven sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and a genuine passion for growth and client relationships? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation specialising in women's multi-product collections, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Main responsibilities will include

* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence across the German market
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Collaborating closely with design teams and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Managing sales targets and forecasting to ensure profitability and growth
* Attending trade shows and industry events, with some travel required to optimise market opportunities
* Supporting the team in achieving overall business objectivesPerson specifications

* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the fashion, apparel, or manufacturing industries
* Must be fluent in German and confident communicating in English
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Familiarity with the women's multi-product sector and manufacturing processes located in China and Turkey is advantageous
