El CapEx Controller, reportando al Project Head, se encargará de coordinar las actividades necesarias para el cumplimiento del CapEx Plan del sitio, generar reportes corporativos y administrar el presupuesto de cada proyecto según estándares de Haleon.

Principales responsabilidades:
* Confeccionar el Plan de Inversiones con información detallada de cada proyecto.
* Confección y Análisis de reportes (monitoreo de indicadores clave: Estimado Vs. Plan, Calendarización de Flujo de Inversiones). Presentación de reportes a distintos niveles de la organización y regionales (mensual).
* Conciliar información con el dto. de Finanzas en períodos de cierre contable (mensual). Participación en auditorías financieras/contables corporativas. Reclasificación de Activos para su amortización (mensual).
* Coordinar circuito de revisión y aprobación de Capitales (Project Investment Proposals). Colaborar en la Justificación de necesidades de Inversión. Presentación de Proyectos Mayores al Board de aprobación.
* Coordinar reuniones para analizar resultados con los distintos líderes de Proyectos, responsables de sector y las Gerencias de Ingeniería, Finanzas, Procurement y Dirección de Planta.
* Utilización de herramientas para administración y Control de Capitales de Inversión. Interacción con los distintos líderes de Proyectos.
* Administración de Inventario de Bienes de Uso
* Gestión integral de proyectos de instalaciones y equipos.

¿Por qué TÚ?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:

* Formación: Universitario graduado, preferentemente orientado a Ingeniería Industrial y/o carreras afines, o Estudiante Avanzado (fecha de graduación: 2026).
* Experiencia: +2 años de experiencia previa en roles similares.
* Inglés: Nivel Intermedio B2.
* Excel: Nivel Avanzado (Manejo de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas, gráficos, vincular distintas bases de datos, entre otros).
* Disponibilidad para trabajar full time 100% de forma presencial de lunes a viernes de 08 a 17 hs (horario flexible) en nuestra planta ubicada en Victoria, San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Será un plus:
* Conocimientos en normas de EHS y buenas prácticas GMP.
* Experiencia en el uso del sistema JIRA y SAP.
* Conocimientos en Software: office, AutoCAD, Project.
* Manejo de Power BI y Data Tools.
